Kids & Money Workshops
Come learn money management basics and develop good financial habits for the future.
This workshop is designed to provide kids with a fun and educational experience in financial literacy. Participants will learn about money management basics and develop good financial habits for the future. In addition, a tour of our historic Hoover Mansion will be provided.

The Community Reinvestment Act, enacted in 1977 by Congress, encourages financial institutions to reinvest in the communities it serves through safe and sound business practices. PROPOSED PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT – CRA STRATEGIC PLAN
University Bank Community Reinvestment Act Strategic Plan Comments Invited. University Bancorp (the “Bank”) intends to file a Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) Strategic Plan (“Plan”) with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”).
The Bank is required to publish Notice of the Plan and solicit formal written public comment for at least a 30-day period. In conformance with this requirement, the Bank hereby provides notice to the public of its plan to submit a five (5) year CRA Strategic Plan to the FDIC.
The Strategic Plan is available for viewing at: www.university-bank.com/community/. The Plan is available for public inspection from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday at University Bank’s main office at 2015 Washtenaw, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48104 by contacting Anita M. Dul (CRA Officer) at adul@@university-bank.com or sending a request to CRA@university-bank.com.
All written comments regarding the Plan can be directed to the physical address (attention Anita M. Dul) or email address listed above. All written comments will be accepted until November 3, 2024, following which time the plan will be submitted to the FDIC for approval. The Bank will review all comments and incorporate suggestions to the Plan at its discretion.

Kids B’Cause is a cause marketing partnership between University Bank and the charities it supports. While University Bank will invest significant funds, a large portion of money contributed will be from customers of the bank and supporters of the cause.
Here’s how you can help Kids B’Cause. . .
- Give ’em $5! Open any checking, savings or CD and University Bank will contribute $5 to the charity account.
- Give ’em $10! Get a mortgage, consumer loan, home equity loan or business loan, and University Bank will contribute $10 to the charity account.
- Give ’em $20! Buy life or health insurance through Ann Arbor Insurance Centre, and University Bank will contribute $20 to the charity account.*
