Can I apply for an account online or by mail?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to open accounts unless you are present to do so at our branch.

I just registered for online banking today but my phone numbers aren’t listed and/or I can’t sign in. Did I do something wrong?

You must wait to log in for the first time until after you have received our confirmation email. It is typically sent 24-48 hours after registration.

How do I setup my user name?

When you go to the online banking website for the first time, you will need to click the link on the right hand side of the page. That will allow you to sign up for online banking.

I am a Midwest/ULG customer but I’m having trouble registering for online banking through your website. Am I doing something wrong?

You will want to access your online banking from their websites.

What is an ABA Routing Number?

The ABA Routing Number (a.k.a. ABA number or Routing Transit number) was developed by the American Bankers Association (ABA) in 1910. The ABA Routing Number serves to identify the specific financial institution responsible for the payment of a negotiable instrument.

How do I look up an ABA Routing Number?

Your routing number can be found on your checks but if you need to look up an ABA Routing number you can visit the ABA resource here
